3. Advertiser Obligations & Statutory Compliance

5. Intellectual Property & Takedown Protocol

All site design, logos, layout architectures, software code, and editorial guides are proprietary to xfinder. 6. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising hereunder shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district.
